Becovic Management Group is the company the family started in 1973. It buys, owns and manages apartment communities, first around Chicago and now in Indiana and Florida. Its thirteen communities, two of them in development, include garden-style apartments in Plainfield and restored 1920s towers in Downtown Jacksonville.

It starts with 1926 Coffee Co. at The Residences at Barnett, and moves into the Laura Street Trio once Becovic Development has a restoration plan.

Signature Supply sells cabinets, countertops, appliances and fixtures to the multifamily industry. The family started it in Chicago in 1999 as a sister company to Becovic Management Group. Today it reports to Becovic Companies in Jacksonville and sells from a showroom in Fishers, Indiana, to Becovic’s own communities and to other owners.
Aircraft management billed at cost, and charter on and off the fleet.
Mach Point Aviation flies private charter and manages aircraft under FAA Part 91 and Part 135. Aircraft owners pay operating costs at cost and see Mach Point’s fee on a separate line. Charter clients fly the managed fleet, or a vetted third-party aircraft if they need a different size or range.
