Privacy policy
This policy explains what becoviccompanies.com collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Who we are
Becovic Companies runs becoviccompanies.com. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Becovic Companies. The policy covers this website only. It does not cover the websites of our operating companies, or anything you tell us in person, by phone or by email.
You can reach us through our contact page or at either of our offices:

Information you send us
The contact form is the only place the site asks for personal information. It asks for:
- your name and email address, which are required;
- your company and phone number, if you choose to give them;
- the company or topic your message is about, chosen from a list;
- your message.
The form does not take file uploads, and nothing you type is sent until you press Send message.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, the site receives technical information from your browser on each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the date and time, the page you asked for and the page that linked you here. Our hosting providers use it to deliver pages and to protect the site from attacks and abuse, and they may record it in their logs.
When you send the contact form, the site also notes your IP address and the time, so it can limit how many messages one visitor can send in a short period. This note lives only in the server’s memory. It is never added to your message or saved to a database or file. The site ignores it after 24 hours, and deletes it when it next clears out old notes or when the server restarts.
The site does not use analytics or advertising tools.
How we use information
- To read your message, send it to the right Becovic company and reply to you.
- To run the site, keep it secure and stop spam and abuse of the contact form.
- To keep records of our correspondence as part of running our business.
- To meet our legal obligations and to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Who we share it with
We share information only as described here.
- Within Becovic. Your message may go to the Becovic company it is about, such as Becovic Management Group or Mach Point Aviation, so the right people can answer it.
- Service providers. DigitalOcean hosts the site. Cloudflare, which DigitalOcean uses, delivers its pages and screens traffic for attacks. Resend delivers each contact form message to our email inbox, and our email provider stores the messages we receive. Each handles information to provide its service, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when we believe it is needed to protect our rights, our property or someone’s safety.
- Business changes. If we sell or transfer all or part of a business, information related to it may pass to the buyer as part of the transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and similar storage
The site itself sets no cookies. It keeps two small notes in your browser’s session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab:
becovic:intro-seenrecords that the home page’s opening animation has played, so it plays once per tab;becovic:left:followed by a page’s address records how far down that page you had scrolled, so Back and Reload return you to the same place.
These notes stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Cloudflare sets one cookie, __cf_bm, which helps it tell people from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes.
You can block or delete cookies and stored site data in your browser’s settings. The site should still work without them, though the home page’s opening animation may play more than once.
Third-party content and links
Everything on the site, including its fonts and photographs, loads from our own site. It embeds no maps, videos or social media feeds from other companies.
The site links to other websites, including our operating companies’ sites, our social media pages, news coverage and the sources of some photographs, and office addresses open in Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
How long we keep information
The site does not store your messages. Each one reaches us as an email, and we keep it for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and then as part of our ordinary business records for as long as we have a business or legal reason to. Our hosting providers keep their logs under their own policies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and the contact form checks what it receives and limits how often it can be used. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of anything you send us. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security, bank account or credit card numbers, through the form.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information through the site, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and how to contact us
You do not have to give us any information to use the site. If you would rather not use the contact form, you can call or write to either office instead.
You can ask us about the information you have sent us through the site, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will do so where we can, though we may need to keep some records for legal or business reasons.
For any question about this policy, use our contact page, or call or write to either office listed above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
