Signature Supply sells cabinets, countertops, appliances and fixtures to the multifamily industry. The family started it in Chicago in 1999 as a sister company to Becovic Management Group. Today it reports to Becovic Companies in Jacksonville and sells from a showroom in Fishers, Indiana, to Becovic’s own communities and to other owners.
Built to supply Becovic’s own unit turns
Each apartment turn needs cabinets, countertops, fixtures and appliances on site when the crew is ready. General distributors couldn’t deliver on that schedule, so the family started its own supply company. More than twenty-five years later, Signature Supply sells to other owners on the same terms.
The family owns it privately, and Becovic’s communities remain its first customers.
