Christina Parker

Christina is the Director of Training and Development at Becovic Management Group, where she has been a valued member of the team since 2008. She began her career with Becovic as a Property Director and went on to lead three different communities, gaining extensive experience in property operations, leasing, resident relations, team development, and community management.

Drawing on her years of onsite leadership experience, Christina now oversees employee onboarding, training programs, operational procedures, and ongoing development across Becovic’s portfolio. She works closely with leadership and onsite teams to create consistent processes and provide employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

With nearly two decades of experience at Becovic, Christina is passionate about helping employees grow into confident professionals and future leaders within the organization.
