Nikki McClain serves as Flight Operations Manager at Mach Point Aviation, bringing over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. Beginning her career in 1994, Nikki has held flight operations management positions with multiple aviation operators, including two overseeing fleets of more than 15 aircraft.

Since joining Mach Point Aviation in 2023, Nikki has been responsible for coordinating daily flight operations, crew scheduling, aircraft logistics, and communication between aircraft owners, pilots, vendors, and management. Her extensive industry experience provides a strong foundation for navigating the complexities of private aviation while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency, safety, and client service.

Known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and hands-on leadership approach, Nikki plays a key role in supporting the company’s flight operations and ensuring the seamless coordination of its aviation services.
