On January 14, 2026, Becovic announced a second corporate headquarters in the Bank of America Tower at 50 N Laura Street, on the twenty-ninth floor and one block from The Residences at Barnett. The Jacksonville office is now the corporate headquarters of Becovic Companies.
Becovic Management Group stayed in Fishers and still runs the apartments from 8100 E 106th Street. Becovic Companies works from the Jacksonville floor, and Becovic Development, Becovic Hospitality and Mach Point Aviation report there. State records show that Becovic filed Becovic Development Group LLC at the address in February 2026.
Four properties within walking distance
Becovic picked the address before it owned most of the buildings around it. It closed on the Barnett in December 2025, took over the Laura Street Trio mortgage in February 2026, won the Trio at auction that August and bought The Carling and 11 East two weeks later. All four are on the Northbank, a few minutes’ walk from the tower.
