The National Apartment Association named Becovic Management Group a 2026 Top Employer. The NAA gives the award to companies it judges to have a culture of collaboration and innovation, and Becovic has won it four years running: 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.
Other 2025 awards
Becovic collected more awards in 2025. Multifamily Innovation ranked it fifth among Best Places to Work Multifamily in the 1–4,999 unit category, and third for Best Places to Work Multifamily for Women among property management companies.
The Indiana Apartment Association gave Becovic four awards the same year: the Gene B. Glick Spirit of Giving Award, Best Corporate Marketing Program, Best Corporate Website, and Best Community Website for AYR Apartments. The Indianapolis Business Journal listed Becovic among its Top 20 commercial property management firms, and the Jacksonville Business Journal listed it among the area’s top commercial real estate developers.
Becovic’s awards go back further. The Indiana Apartment Association named it Management Company of the Year in 2017, and the Midwest Multifamily Conference gave it the same title in 2022. Central Park, The Preserve at Willow Springs and Notch at Nora have won Community of the Year five times between them since 2016.
