Gillian Downham

Gillian Downham is Vice President at Becovic Management Group, where she has spent more than two decades helping shape the firm’s operating platform. She joined Becovic in November 2005 as Regional Director, overseeing the company’s growing Indiana portfolio, before being promoted to her current role in July 2018.

In this position, she leads asset and property management strategy across Becovic’s multifamily communities in Indiana and Florida. Gillian studied marketing and fashion merchandising at Ball State University and attended Indiana University Bloomington.

A longtime member of Becovic’s leadership team, she works closely alongside owner Muhamed Becovic in upholding the company’s hands-on, quality-driven approach to property management.
