Muhamed Becovic
Founder & President
Muhamed Becovic is President and Owner of Becovic Management Group, a multifamily development, construction, and property management firm his family began building in Chicago in 1973 after emigrating from the former Yugoslavia.
In 2005, he founded Becovic Management Group of Indiana, extending the family platform into Indianapolis, which grew to more than 1,000 managed units within five years. He led the company’s expansion into Florida in 2014 through a Jacksonville acquisition and has since grown its footprint across Indianapolis, Bradenton, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee, including a second corporate headquarters in Jacksonville.
A Knox College graduate, he has built Becovic into a fully integrated owner-operator spanning development, construction, ownership, and property management. Today, he leads the firm’s growth across the Midwest and Southeast, guided by the family’s hands-on, relationship-driven approach to real estate.
