Nathan Walter

Nathan Walter is Vice President at Becovic Companies, where he leads and supports multiple business verticals and strategic growth opportunities for the Becovic Holding Company.

Nathan brings more than 15 years of C-suite experience in real estate and sports, including having operated a fully integrated, billion-dollar real estate financing enterprise, giving him a hands-on understanding of how developments are developed, financed, and built. He also brings 13 years of professional sports operating experience, including work with a club in the MLS ecosystem and prior service as a director of an English National League club. His investment experience spans real estate, sports, and private aviation, where he has structured transactions, built lasting investor relationships, and helped bring capital to growing ventures.

At Becovic, his focus is on strengthening key investor relationships, supporting execution on construction and development projects, and developing a high performance team to help align strategy and growth across the company’s expanding portfolio of companies.

Nathan was named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2025 for his impact across the region’s business and real estate community, and has been appointed to the JAX Chamber’s 2027 Board of Directors.
